ASCEND currently sells Invisible Height Insoles and Mouth Tape.
Which Height Insoles option should I choose?
Choose +1.5 cm for a subtle lift, +2.5 cm for a balanced option or +3.5 cm for the maximum available lift. Higher options need more internal space in the shoe.
Which shoes are compatible with the insoles?
They are designed for compatible closed shoes. Fit varies by shoe construction and available heel space. Boots, high-tops and higher-profile trainers often provide more room than low-cut shoes.
Do the Height Insoles require cutting?
No. The heel-style pair is designed to be placed directly inside the shoe without cutting.
Which Mouth Tape pack offers the best value?
The 90-piece pack costs approximately €0.22 per piece and offers a balanced value. The 150-piece pack has the lowest unit cost at approximately €0.19 per piece.
When should Mouth Tape not be used?
Use only when you can breathe comfortably through your nose. Do not use if your nose is blocked. Stop use if you experience irritation or breathing discomfort.
How long does shipping take?
The estimated delivery time is 8–14 business days.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. ASCEND orders include tracked delivery.
